LSTA Grants Forms and Instructions
To complete the following forms you must have Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Reader, or a PDF writer installed on your computer.
Filling Out, Printing and Saving Interactive PDF Forms
Adobe Acrobat Reader (Free)
- Interactive PDFs can be filled out online and printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you must download it and install it on your computer. Download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- If you use Adobe Acrobat Reader you will not be able to save your information. When you save it to your computer, you will only be saving the blank form.
- You must fill out and print the form before closing the document or the information you enter will be lost. If you will not be able to finish your form during one session, print the pages you have completed so that you can reenter the information later.
Licensed Adobe Acrobat ($$$)
- You can save PDF documents only if you have a licensed version of Adobe Acrobat or another version of a PDF writer.
