Instructions:

Please "right" click on the link and choose "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As" (Firefox) and then save it to location on your computer such as C:\My Downloads or create a C:\NetLibrary folder.

Before importing these files of MARC records, you may first want to test the procedure with your system using the provided test file.  Grouping the records in your catalog is also recommended so that one can easily access the group in the future if needed (to delete, ease of searching, statistics, etc.).

Once the file has been saved to an area of your choosing you may then add the file by opening your cataloging module and importing the file into your local cataloging system.

For information regarding the unique MARC fields associated with these records see the information provided by OCLC at http://www.oclc.org/support/questions/eaudiobooks/forstaff.htm#unique

If you have any questions, contact Linda Roholt or 1-800-662-9150 ext. 754.
