* "Books" includes any material on loaned, such as videos, audiocassettes, CDs, etc. as opposed to materials supplied, such as copies, faxes, and e-mail. "Qualified Loans**" are all loans and supplied materials to libraries within the state of Utah, EXCEPT loans or supplied materials made to libraries of private for-profit corporations, or loans made through channels in which payment or reimbursement to the lending / supplying library is traditionally sought or required from the recipient library or other sources.
