Aware AF: Mental Health Resources & Classes

Aware AF: Mental Health Resources & Classes

In this webinar, learn how to find information on developing regular mental health awareness classes for teens and adults. Attendees will also learn how to collaborate with local therapists and where to find grant opportunities for funding. The presenter also shares tips on expanding book collections on mental health as well as the classes and booklists that initiated the mental health program at the American Fork Library.

No Meeting in December

Once a month, a knowledgeable moderator will guide a Zoom meetup for ULA members on the current month's topic.

We will not be meeting for a discussion in the month of December. We look forward to connecting with you again in the new year.

All year long, ULA members are invited to participate in an open, ongoing discussion in the #edi channel in ULA's Slack workspace. Ask questions, share thoughts, and record your participation in the monthly Take Action challenge. Join the discussion.
